Hi, I'm Steve. Yes, the name is a joke. A Luddite is someone who doesn't trust newfangled machines. Honestly, sometimes I don't, either. But I've been fixing computers for 25+ years, ever since the days of DOS and Windows 3.11, so I know their tricks.

I'm a mobile repair tech, so I come to your home for an onsite visit, fix the problem at your kitchen table, and explain what happened in plain English. No eye-rolling, no rushing, and no unwanted silly questions. Honest.
